TELESERVICE:

This diagnostic capability has been developed specifically to increase the after-sale service. It will consistently reduce maintenance costs, response times, machine downtime and the cost of technicians on site.

Your machine will be equipped for this kind of service with the addition of:

1. Ethernet-card for the PC or CNC controlling your machine
   

2. In case of CNC controller with internal LAN structures: Ethernet-hub with 4       connectors.
   

3. Software for the remote access to the PC or CNC controller
   

You should provide only the following services:

1. Internet connection for the PC or CNC controller by LAN or ADSL-connector via ADSL Modem (prepared and configured for             Internet access.)
   

2.   Portable telephone, Skype connection or VoIP for the communication with the service centre.
   

Now you have the possibility to contact the service centre in case of problems, to describe the problem in a detailed way and allow us remote access to your system. The service centre can check and also control your machine for diagnostics.

With this system we can for example:

1. Check and correct jobs
   

2. Check input/output of PLC and the status of the PLC program
   

3. Check machine parameters
